Love at first sight

I just fell in love again. With him. The one who made eye contact with me when he sang the chorus of Bruno Mars' "Nothin on you".

Him singing with his two other friends in front of a crowd of about a hundred. Its supposed to be a seminar or a gathering somewhat to mark the end of our first semester in second year. I dont know if it's love - but it's a huge major crush. Especially when he locked his eyes onto mine. That few seconds of him muttering the words "Nothin on you" melted my heart like the process of ice turning to cold water on a plate. It was breathless - I found it hard to breathe as he gazed deep into my soul. My Crush, S.

I fear him knowing as it's pathetic, and there are many gals crazy over him. He isn't the HOTTEST guy, but why is he so well-liked by other gals? Why do I have this huge crush on him? I hope we can get close someday.

sch's started. sian man. second semester of second yr of my course.pple say its a killer, nitemare, a torment. i just cant wait til its over and its only the 1st week. i hope its not as terrifying as i think it wil be. so scary.


last sunday was the start of bulan ramadhan, so basically all muslims are to fast. first few days has been tiring and sleepy. not to mention the thing im obsessed with these days. the cant-stop-thinking-and-wanting-to-watch-more-ouran-anime-late-at-night syndrome. haha. jus wanna watch it. kinda lame but funny la. but i heard the last few episodes gonna be very sad. *sobs.* only 26 episodes and im actually very slow at watching anime though i have this 'syndrome' haha. some of my friends watch super fast. some pple can finish one whole series of anime in one day. haha. right shanz? *winkz* if you're bored and are lookin for some form of entertainment like funny anime, try going to youtube - "ouran high school host club" - kk, i'll stop advertising the show. ahakz!


went to watch 'john tucker must die'. kinda nice la the show. kinda funny. =) went during my 3 hr break (i think yesterday - cant really rmb STM lahz..) with poly friends - me, shan, pam, mic. the cinema was reli "packed". there were ONLY 5 people in the cinema. so besides us, there was only another lady. ahah.. but ya la - who wanna go watch movie so early in the morning. haha. then went back to sch to continue lessons.


sadly my contact lenses expire today. talking abt that, the first practical for "CL Fitting" module was fun. we get to fit contact lenses for each other. some parts funny la. shan was my lab partner and at first attempt i started to panic sia - cant take it out. but shan didnt panic although she was the patient. so funny [it should be the other way. haha.] but ok la, got the hang of it, roughly noe how to do it le. just need more practice. =)

finally im 18. lol. ive turned legal! woohoo.. haha.

anyways, thursday started work at swensens. ok la the job. not bad. can get free drinks and ice cream.. wahaha. drinks all included except ice lemon tea. jus have to ask the supervisor. jus now was my second day. 5-11pm shift. ok also la. 1st day dropped glasses of ice water twice sia. and the whole day my shift was inside. not bad la.. must noe all the table numbers. took like 2 orders.. haha.. refill the ice water dunno how many times. lol. the air con.. veri powderful la.. like not working.. maybe cuz we working so we feel warm. walk here and there to and fro. the people there are nice la. some look fierce, but after awhile they open up and talk to us. quite nice la. so have to wear uniform - orange tshirt, cap and apron from waist down. lol. i wore contact lens then some pple asked if i foreigner. lol. even customer. =.= they even more stunned when i say i malay mixed arab. haha. then some staff even "scold" me never tell them earlier i malay. -.-" a lot of malays working there mah. then got one manager i think. she kinda nice. disturb me in front of everyone at another briefing, asked if i attached,etc. she say aloud in front of everyone that i should be careful of the ABC - alligator, buaya, crocodiles. lol. while pointing at some guys there. lol. it was just a joke la. then i went back to work. haha.



the 1st day both deb and me same station. second day onwards they split us. deb did outside 1st, i did inside 1st. after that we swapped, exchanged. i went outside and she inside. it rained so the floor wad rather slippery and the stuffs we have to carry smtimes kinda heavy and fragile. so its very scary. had my 1st cup of sprite just now. amazing~ lol. serious. haha. its like a big deal to us. must ask permission one. lol. just ask and inform supervisor. but jus now the supervisor quite nice, ask me go take a break. if work 6hrs shift, no break. only 5 mins drink or toilet,etc. if 8 hrs and above shift, got 30 mins break, makan or ice cream,etc. just now i dropped 1 glass ice water once. on myself though. lol. ahha improved from first day..!! *_* deb didnt even dropped any.. so gd. =)


just now also, gl come fetch deb, i so the light bulb sia. my guy didnt fetch me. it was kinda complicated la. at first say no need,. then need, then no need, dunno how many times le.. then i paiseh sia.. tell him no need fetch me lo. so he stayed home. lol. poor thing if he fetch me.. he got excursion today. the ns thingy, they all go jalan2 i think.. then from pasir ris i cant ask him come to orchard fetch me then go bishan.. then he have to go back kallang. im super out of the way. if only he still staying at bishan..shiok man! haiz.. haha. anyways, yah.. so went home with them, i tried to go away but deb clinged on to me. so yah, then at the orchard mrt station met siti n her guy la.. siti my pri sch best fren. n deb is sec sch best fren. so was like.. surprising, but happy.. but i reli "ting ting ting" super bright light bulb. lol. both with their guys. haha.. funny feelin sia. then reached bishan le, gg home. deb and gl like practically walked me home. then after tt dunno why they detoured to bishan cc. so i went home lo. it was like few mins before the minute i turned legal. hahaha. then gl called ask me open my door. they were like rite in front of my hse.. =.= so surprising but it was very nice of them to do tt. they even gave me muffins each with candle leh.. =D it reli made my day le lo. will have sweet dreams tonight lo. lol. thanks deb! n gl! =D


tmr work again. 12 - 6pm i think. then after work maybe go johor with my family to makan. heheh. my dad rent car mah. so shiok lo.. hehehe.. dunno yet la. thats what i heard so far.. hehe.. kk, have to sleep le. tmr start at 12, have to be there 11 plus.. so wake up around 10.. so earli man.. haiyo.. gd nitez!! =D

past few days worked at comex at expo the IT fair. it was damn tiring. started on last thursday. ended on sunday. stand whole day but was quite slackin compared to branded stuffs. was selling like mp3 and mp4,etc.ok lah. but boss said sales pretty bad. sian lo. anyways, quite interesting but damn packed with people. can say cannot walk around, basically kena sandwiched between people if wanna go jalan jalan so cant really look around much too. my guy bought me food for the last day before he booked in. =) kinda sweet of him. was grateful cuz if not ar.. queue dunno how long at burger king man. went to visit the samsungers - guanleng, qc they all. theirs selling like hot cakes until the better models all sold out. but good for them lo. atleast theirs got commission. mine sadly dun have. haha.


on friday night, after work. took cab to bishan. got one coffee shop at bishan st. dunno wad. haha. like abt 15 mins walk from my house. so makan my dinner. it was like already 11. so late havent eat dinner. poor thing right>? lol. then walked home. my guy accompanied me home and stuffs. reached home almost midnight man. damn tired. then ar!! thats when i got the shock of my life.. i realized my hp lost. for the first time! in 3-4years man. was super sad cuz all my contacts there la. then kept calling and calling. got ring but no one pick up the call. it was a good sign tt it was still ringing. then the next mornin (sat morning) call my hp to cut the line. still ringing but no answer. weird eh.. then my mom and i went to city link to get a new hp. almost got a 6280 nokia. but i was eyeing 3250.. lol. but nokia 6280 cheaper though 3G. i jus needed a phone badly. then luckily received a phone call from my dad sayin got someone called home to say he found my phone. my mom and i super relieved. haha. it was a matter of minutes before i get new phone la. luckily that guy called my home just in time. so straight away went to meet that guy at orchard mrt. quite near to city link oso mah. suppose to meet him at 12 la. n i had to be in expo by 12. damn late for work. met the guy and he said he found my hp in the taxi. haha (remember the day before? i went to makan.. so ya..) damn lucky to get back my hp. but ok la, my hp like no one use oso these days. lol. rare species with no value anymore i think. haha. so rushed to the expo after tt.


today went to find work. haha. dun wanna work with my mom mah. oso dun think can get. the boss these days very touchy. get angry very easily. haha. so met deb to go find job. went to toys r us - suntec, metro, and swensons at orchard. and the 1st 2 places cannot get lo. n guess wad. the last place we nailed it. we got the job. lol. so start this thursday. woohoo.. can work with deb.. wahhaha.. super happy man! after gettin the job at swenson me n deb like veri high. both veri happy - 1st time can work together. lol. so yah.. we'll see how it goes. haha. then after that rushed to meet my sisters to watch the movie - barnyard. so long never go out with them feel quite guilty lo. i always go out. the show not bad la. quite funny but touching. overall it was nice. =) then dropped by the new bishan library. damn ccooll!! got place to study also but can see students everywhere, so dont even think of studying at bishan library. sure no space de. lol. so tired. but rather than slack at home i feel like accomplish alot of things if go out. lol ok, here goes my crapping. haha. k la, enough about these past few days. lol. now gonna watch antm. models go bald. must watch. lol. signing off.

i know its been a really really long time since i last blogged. i see many spider webs all over my blog le. lol. finally second year semester 1 is over and today i had my last paper, ocular pathology 1. it was quite a killer i guess. (especially if you didnt really study.) the thing was i studied but nothing seemed to go in at that time. i am very glad that its now all over! woohoo.. although i screwed and practically wrote nothing for one of the questions worth 20 marks, and im sure there some questions that i missed out the facts here and there... im quite happy la. the paper is over, nothing i can do it anymore. =p


now i dunno just whats happening to singapore idol. i was really glad by the fact that hady has not left the competition. i mean, obviously all the better vocalists are either being eliminated or in the bottom 3. its very sad. the idol will be going to represent singapore. i hope hady wins this time round. every performance so far he gives all out. =)


now im still figuring out how to read CSS stuffs. lol. tryin to get a hang of it by practising on my friendster profile,etc. =p so if u see some weird things on my friendster profile, you should know the reason why.


just now after paper, stayed back awhile to slack around and help the others with the clinic optometry stuffs. i think i was more of a nuisance than a help. sorry ar pam? distract you,etc. haha. then after that, go orchard by bus. i think the bus driver drunk. dunno how many times "fast break". kinda dizzy ride too. dropped at far east and we wanted to play pool at cathay cineleisure. had to walk so far. practically from orchard mrt to somerset mrt, but ok la. quite nice to see the bazaar like pasar malam. then when we reached there, there was 2 grps head to head playing pool. michelle, vitya & yz versus huishan, alia & jeric. so funny. huishan and me not on-form. probably not our day, but we still won few times thanks to jeric. lol. he damn pro sia. the other grp also not bad. they won few times too. super funny how we disturbed each other. after that, pameela came to meet us, she was on our side. lol. she was playing la. but yeah. haha. it was kinda nice. thanks ya all! =D it was lotsa fun.

haha. ive been tryin to find the scary movie 3 for so long ago lo.. finally got it!! haha..

haiz. this friday got patho test. i really have no mood to study already lo. im in the mood of hols now. the test shouldnt be made durin e-learning week. . im sure many people are complaining deep down in their hearts.. its really demoralising when everyone is slacking at home and we have to go back to school for test. and somemore its ocular pathology. all about diseases related to the eye,etc. haiz.. very dry and factual.. i also hate to memorise.. i cant seem to memorise recently.. kept forgettin alot.. really STM - short term memory man.. haiz.. my brain cells are dying by the minute..

my mom went to hosp for a minor op last week i think.. i cant really remember.. she had to remove something.. a growth called a "fibroid" (dunno if i spelt correctly) and she was admitted to KK Hosp.. so my whole family always kept going to KK Hosp to visit her.. but my naughty little sisters like went there to check the beds, toilets, etc.. like inspecting everything they saw.. haha.. i pity my mom.. but really la.. if we didnt visit her, she'll be really bored,etc. i think my mom's neighbours were a little pissed by the noises we all made.. haha.. its super quiet thats why the noises we made was "amplified" even though to us, its really quiet.. but yeah, it has to be super quiet right?? its the hospital anyways.. LOL..

my mom has a hard time moving around. so she's moving really really slowly.. every single move is painful.. but the physiotherapist said that she has to move about for blood circulation.. the surgeon took a picture of the fibroid (the growth) thingy and gave to my mom.. i think all their patients will receive a pic of their fibroid taken before the op.. but its really gross and scary.. haha.. the funny thing was.. she was like comparing with the other patients.. like they showed each other their "fibroid" and that cld be the topic of conversation.. LOL.. i find it funny..

dunno why the scorm sessions end up like left so little slots.. the "csi woman" said that there are too many manpower.. so im like left with 1 day with the scorm.. and its a saturday.. haiz.. but nvm la.. its only one day left.. LOL..
